 would like to organise the best Summer University around? Are you afraid 
 you are lacking some essential skills\, or would you like to learn how to 
 perform even better?\n\nThen please accept our warm invitation and apply 
 for the upcoming Summer University Project School!\n\nThe SUPS is 
 designed for all SU organisers\, who would like to obtain basics of SU 
 organising and sharing best practices with experienced trainers. SUPS is 
 the right place to improve your organisational skills\, to take a greater 
 look at event management\, to get motivated and inspired\, to acquire new 
 competences and to exchange experience!\n\nSUPS București will teach you 
 how to make a budget and a cool programme\, how to work greatly in a 
 team\, what fundraising is\, how to communicate online\, and how to speak 
 in public. All that gained knowledge will directly be put in practice by 
 enjoying a case study where you will create your own SU from 
 scratch!\n\nDeadline to apply is 10th of March 2022\, 23:59

 organisers\, trainers and participants\, we require participants to have 
 done a PCR test before coming\, which is at most 48 hours old and carry 
 their vaccination or recovery certificate.\n\nTo enter Romania\, it is 
 necessary to fill in a [PLF document](https://plf.gov.ro/login) up to 72 
 hours before entering Romania or 24 hours after.\nIn order not to enter 
 quarantine\, proof of vaccine or passage through the disease in the last 
 6 months or proof of a negative RT-PCR test (72 hours before) is

 -București as hosting Local is going to adhere to the following COVID 
 measures during their event:\n\n❖ Ventilate and aerate spaces as much 
 as possible\;\n\n❖ Equip the training room(s) with hand sanitiser\;
 \n\n❖ Do not take unnecessary risks such as inviting externals to the 
 events\, going to crowded areas where social distancing cannot be adhered 
 to\; and\n\n❖ Adhere to the national regulations as applicable in the 
 city\, and make sure that participants know of these national regulations 
 before coming to the event and are reminded of them during the event.
