 network meeting gathers active people from different local associations\, 
 to exchange good practice on the management of a local association. Most

 motivate members to be active? How to activate members and get them 
 excited about the local activities and the european level. How to help 
 internal members to find the sweet pleasure in working together\, how to 
 bring external members together by involving them in your passion.

 to unlock your blocks and unleash your creativity. Deal with your 
 fantasy\, find oneself and understand what we are really passionate

 Management: How to turn this vision into a practical and organised way. 
 How to implement the organisation and transform your passion into a 
 concrete project. How to deal with all the hard aspects of an event and 
 turn them into a certainty. Becoming practical and reliable. 📊\n\n🔸 
 🦄 ​How to create a safe and inclusive space: Let’s talk about how 
 we can make AEGEE locals and events more inclusive. This workshop will 
 touch topics on gender diversity\, racism\, neurodiversity and physical 
 disability. How to create a space of sharing\, growing and friendship in 
 which every new member could feel welcome\, respected and valued. 
 🧑‍🦽\n\n🔹🦉​​ Knowledge Transfer: How do you store 
 information\, what is the importance of documentation and manuals to make 
 the life of future board generations easier. Defeat the fear! Learn how 
 to teach new members and guide them towards taking on new 
 responsibilities\, providing them with valuable experience\, practices 
 and memories.​​📖\n\n🔸👩🏽‍🦳​ Making an alumni 
 strategy: How to harness the wisdom of the bearded historical members\, 
 how to make the most of their experience and advice\, but at the same 
 time how to develop a space that is free and open to the younger
