 Estonia\n\n#WHEN: 4-11.4.2020\n\n#HOWMUCH: €0 + travel reimbursement up
 to €150\n\n#WHO: AEGEE-Tartu and the MINT team\n\n#WITHWHOM:
AEGEE-Academy and YDWG\n\n\n\nMINT (Mental health In Non-formal education
and Training) is a 7-day log training course that aims to train
participants - who are trainers - on acquiring a mental health
perspective during their work and role as a trainer\n\n-> what is a
“mental health perspective”: we understand it as the awareness of
people’s needs and boundaries to feel safe\, comfortable and supported.
This awareness shapes the trainers behaviours and approach to non-formal
education so that they might provide a safe and inclusive learning
atmosphere.\n\n-> What trainers would benefit from this TAT? If you
deliver with certain frequency (2 or more times per year) training
courses with a duration of 3 days or more\; if you deliver non-formal
education sessions in you work or volunteering role on a continuous
basis\; if in either of these roles you have the ability to modify the
courses’ learning environment and to build an atmosphere with
participants\; and if you meet this criteria and have a strong
willingness to let this training challenge your perspective on your work
and role\, we are looking for you!\nPriority will be given to trainers
who attended a Train the Trainers course or similar with a duration of 3
days or more.\n\n-> Program: the program will include sessions during
which you will develop the skills and knowledge needed to work including
a mental health perspective when working with co-trainers\, dealing with
participants\, and when preparing yourself to deliver sessions and
courses and taking care of yourself during them.\n\nDuring the training
you will contribute to develop a set of guidelines on how to integrate a
mental health perspective in non-formal education. These guidelines will
later receive feedback by a mental health professional and will be
published and distributed. You will be given a chance to join the team in
charge or finalizing them! As well\, you will have the chance to receive
funding to attend a Train the Trainers or Agora as trainer to share the
knowledge you have acquired.\n\nAs for the principalities:\nThe course is
co-funded by the European Youth Foundation\nThe participation fee is
€0\nTravel reimbursement up to €150\nVisa costs will be fully
covered\nThe course will take place from the 4th till the 11th of April
2020\nThe venue will be a quiet place near Tartu\, surrounded by
 nature\n\nApply before the 5th of February 2020!
