DESCRIPTION:Dear AEGEEans\,\n\nAs we are not allowed to meet in person\, 
 we would like to introduce you to the online European Planning Meeting 
 2022!\n\nIt will take place between the 24th and 27th of February on a 
 platform to be determined and shared with you closer to the event.\n\nThe 
 online EPM (European Planning Meeting) consists of two parts - a thematic 
 conference and the drafting of the Action Agenda. In the conference 
 part\, AEGEEans attend workshops\, panels and presentations on a specific 
 topic\, this year Innovation in Democracy. In the drafting part\, 
 AEGEEans are able to contribute and create the Action Agenda - a yearly 
 plan for the implementation of the Focus Areas in AEGEE.\n\nThe Open Call 
 for participants is now open until the 5th of January 23:59 CET\, after 
 which a selection will be made. Even if the EPM is virtual\, applying 
 does not mean also being accepted.\nWe are using the same MyAEGEE event 
 as before\, therefore\, if you would like to keep your application as you 
 wrote it before\, you can!\nIf you cannot attend the event anymore\, we 
 kindly ask you to cancel it.\n\nUpon selection of the participants\, all 
 accepted members will be required to confirm their attendance.\n\nThis 
 EPM will be unconventional\, but we are sure it will nevertheless be 
 great and all parties involved are working hard to provide you with an 
 excellent conference on the topic of innovation in democracy and all the 
 tools for drafting our Action Agenda.\n\nIf you have any questions about
