DESCRIPTION:Interactive workshop on the gender digital divide with a 
 focus on digital skills gap. There will be parts where participants will 
 brainstorm on how to bridge this gap and why it is important to be 
 digitally empowered. At the end of the workshop\, the participants will 
 be aware of gender-based challenges and the importance of being digitally 
 empowered. Many are not aware of this situation\, even if they work in 
 jobs related to digital skills. Which may lead to imposter syndrome in 
 women working or studying in those fields\, or women not choosing those 
 fields. Men are usually over represented in such jobs as a
