Theme: Beat The Heat Vol. III stands at the forefront of Active Youth Participation, a theme that transforms participants from observers into dynamic cultural contributors. Our approach goes beyond passive tourism, focusing on meaningful cultural exchange and deep community involvement. This year's slogan, "Empower, Engage, Elevate," reflects our belief in the power of youth to spark real change.
