OPEN CALL TIME - EVERYONE WELCOME
we are organising an event that will simulate the atmosphere and structure of the Agora as we know, including parallel sessions and common plenaries 🎥📇 This means DELEGATS, VISITORS and ENVOYS will ALL attend the Agora in assigned rooms together; wifi is therefore of course available. The fee will include:
🥦 3 Meals per Day 🏠 Group accommodation in Belgium (North) 🎉 Social Program
We would like to encourage a sustainable event and thus will appreciate regional applications 🚌🚂 To ensure a safe event for all of us, all given corona regulations will be followed and only vaccinated or recovered applicants will be approved 😷 You are also invited to apply as a helper (reduced fee).
