OPEN CALL TIME - EVERYONE WELCOME
we are organising an event that will simulate the atmosphere and structure of the Agora as we know, including parallel sessions and common plenaries ๐ฅ๐ This means DELEGATS, VISITORS and ENVOYS will ALL attend the Agora in assigned rooms together; wifi is therefore of course available. The fee will include:
๐ฅฆ 3 Meals per Day ๐ Group accommodation in Belgium (North) ๐ Social Program
We would like to encourage a sustainable event and thus will appreciate regional applications ๐๐ To ensure a safe event for all of us, all given corona regulations will be followed and only vaccinated or recovered applicants will be approved ๐ท You are also invited to apply as a helper (reduced fee).
