GOALS:
You will understand the theoretical background of designing a training session and a training day
You will understand and experience different training models and methods both in information- and experience-based-learning approach
You will broaden your understanding on what impression you make on the group and receive a lot of feedback on your training skills and personality
You will have the chance to try out different training styles and find the one which suits you
You will deepen and critically evaluate your competences in planning and executing of information-based-learning exercises
You will receive a detailed individual feedback provided by the trainers on you as a trainer
