*You will understand the theoretical background of designing a training session and a training day
*You will understand and experience different training models and methods both in information- and experience-based-learning approach
*You will broaden your understanding on what impression you make on the group and receive a lot of feedback on your training skills and personality
*You will have the chance to try out different training styles and find the one which suits you
*You will deepen and critically evaluate your competences in planning and executing of information-based-learning exercises
*You will receive a detailed individual feedback provided by the trainers on you as a trainer
