Spending NYE in a wine region? AGAIN? 🍷🍷🍷
Becoming a tradition, AEGEE-Brno is back with yet another legendary NYE split between 2 beautiful historical cities! We will start with 2 days in Brno, a student city on the top of Erasmus poles every year 🎓 and continue to celebrate the New Year in Mikulov, the wine capital of the Czech Republic 🍇
ACCOMODATION
In both cities, you can look forward to cool, cozy hostels (yes, no mattresses or sleeping bags needed 🛏️). During Brno time, our hostel is right in the city center, so you can just walk everywhere and they’ll also provide you with an all-you-can-eat breakfasts fit for kings 🤩 (maps.app.goo.gl/rRbhzw5bEVobxSNm7).
And in Mikulov, we’ll have the whole hostel just for us, only the welcome drinks are joining. A huge common room for our social programme and a big kitchen for the AEGEE-Brno team of chefs and your EN creations is included😉(maps.app.goo.gl/5ZSkuQQmxraoKM1o7)
ACTIVITIES
With 2 cities come 2 amazing city tours each finishing at a beautiful viewpoint - the Brno Castle and the Holly Hill in Mikulov. You’ll also get to practise your ice skating skills and get to learn more about our culture during Czech Advent WS 🧑🎄
As an undisputed highlight comes when our private bus will take you to a whole-day New Years Eve visit to Aqualand Moravia - the biggest aquapark and wellness in the region. You can try on over 25 different water slides, relax in a huge 2-stories wellness zone or get into the party mood by visiting the bar right inside of the main pool (maybe even dance a bit of Tunak Tunak…)
SOCIAL PROGRAM
For the first time ever, we’ll have the entire social program in the form of private events to create the best group spirit possible!
Do you like singing? Then you’re in luck since we have a private karaoke party waiting for you during the opening night🎤 we’ll continue with a night in a medieval pub - you can enjoy the authentic atmosphere surrounded by candles, try some honey wine or make your dinner directly over an open fire
Wine tasting in Mikulov is not just a standard degustation, fancy dinner and 6 hours of unlimited wine consumption will be included as well 🍷 And what better way to welcome the New Year than with a European night lasting into early morning hours? But don’t worry, you won’t miss your fireworks 🎇🍾 we can watch them directly from the beautiful gardens of the chateau Mikulov. And for the farewell, there will be a surprise game night (with a dancing afterwards included as well)
