Have you been waiting for a training event that will boost your leadership skills and help you better lead yourself AND your teams?
Well, here it is!
In collaboration with AEGEE-Academy, AEGEE-Delft will be hosting the European School on Leadership!
A European School is a training event that aims to develop your knowledge and skills on a particular topic, in order to help you succeed in life and AEGEE.
This ES will be a wonderful opportunity to improve your Leadership skills & get in contact with other (aspiring) leaders in AEGEE.
When to apply to ES on Leadership?
+ If you are currently in a leadership position (inside or outside of AEGEE)
+ If you plan to be in a leadership position
+ If you want to improve how you are a leader for your own life
+ If you are interested in leadership :)
Leadership is a topic that includes many aspects. You can expect to learn more about leadership styles, feedback, motivation, group dynamics... and much more!
The program will also be adapted as much as possible to your needs! So fill in carefully your application, so trainers know what skills you want to improve!
