Are you interested in learning how other student organisations develop their networks, manage change, and ensure long-term sustainability? Do you want to exchange experiences, benchmark practices, and gain insights that can be directly applied within AEGEE? *Then BAESTIEMEC is the event for you.
BAESTIEMEC is a collaborative event bringing together BEST, AEGEE, EESTEC and ESTIEM, with the main focus on structured knowledge sharing and inter-organisational learning.
From 12–17 March, in Novi Sad, Serbia, you will have the chance to take part in discussions and workshops addressing key organisational topics such as development strategies, internal structures, member engagement, financial sustainability, and cultural awareness. The event is designed to create a space where different approaches can be compared, challenges openly discussed, and best practices exchanged.
The goal of BAESTIEMEC is not only to share experiences but to enable participants to return to their Local Groups with concrete ideas, new perspectives, and practical tools for further development within AEGEE.
