HerMainY is a project of AEGEE-Europe, funded by the European Youth Foundation.
This training aims at increasing the knowledge and skills regarding gender mainstreaming measures in communication in local organisations. In the training you will learn practical skills on how to implement a gender perspective in your local or at an event and share this information with others.
Who are we looking for:
* Trainers who already have some experience in delivering trainings and/or have participated in a training for trainers previously
* Trainers who are looking to include a gender perspective into their trainings and deliver trainings on this topic in the future.
Topics that will be covered:
* How to include a gender perspective into trainings
* Gender Mainstreaming
* Gender-friendly communication
* Sexual orientation and gender identity and current issues in these fields
* Link between gender equality and mental health
* Creation of workshops that can be delivered on this topic
And additionally:
* City tour of Moscow
* Social programme from AEGEE-Moskva
The 9 participants will be joined by 6 Europe on Track ambassadors, concluding in 15 participants in total.
