The time has come to draft our Strategic Plan for 2026-2029!
This July, we invite you to one of the most beautiful cities in the Netherlands. This is your chance to visit an amazing event in the home city of “Delft Blue”, famous scientists like Antoni van Leeuwenhoek and Martinus Beijerinck and the painters Johannes Vermeer and Jan Steen.
Never been to a SPM before? It is the Strategic Planning Meeting where we draft the new Strategic Plan for the next three years. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert to join SPM! We welcome any member and invite you to learn more about current societal topics, to discover how AEGEE works and how you can contribute to the new Strategic Plan.
Work hard, play hard. No European Event is complete without fun parties, city tours, and of course a European Night. Have you experienced the Dutch student culture? We’re sure you’ll enjoy it!

We dream of an inclusive SPM, where all identities are welcomed.
We need an SPM where all regions of Europe are represented.
That’s why AEGEE-Delft provides €2000 to make the event cheaper for everyone.
Besides, we provide discounts based on distance, and additional discounts for participants who need a visa.

For SPM-Delft you can receive a discount based on the distance of your local to ours. The price on MyAEGEE is the base-price as this platform can only show one price. Please check: www.spm-delft.eu to see your discount!
VISA DISCOUNT
⚠️ Do you need a visa?
We have a small reserve that we will share among everyone that will be required to get a Visa to enter the Netherlands. If you need a Visa and want more information, please contact us at spm@aegee-delft.nl or via instagram @spmdelft2025. • Attendance applications are open until Sunday 4 May at 21:59 UTC. The fee is 70€.
• Board approval of the applications until Monday 5 May at 21:59 UTC
• Publishing participants list Thursday 15 May at 10:00 UTC
The deadlines and events are exported over CalDAV. They can be integrated in various applications as described at cal.aegee.org/h/en.html .
