✨🌊 After more than 20 years, Spring Agora is returning to İzmir, back to the Pearl of the Aegean, where it last took place in 2005.
🗣️ From 5 to 10 May 2026, we come together once again to take the decisions, have the conversations, and share the moments that move AEGEE forward.
🔴 Agora İzmir 2026 brings AEGEE back to the Aegean, and the Aegean back into the Agora.
🎨 Under the theme Harmony and Synchronization, the Agora invites you into a space of reflection, dialogue, and creation. Through discussion and reflection workshops, we will explore how identity is reshaped within processes of social transformation, how individuality meets collective structures, and how shared spaces can be built within cultural plurality. Creative and interactive sessions will turn diversity into a lived experience — mapping collective identities, visualising cultural experiences, and experimenting with difference as a source of social value rather than division.
⚓️ Dialogue sessions will connect these reflections to movement and history, focusing on youth mobility, cultural growth, and AEGEE’s 40-year journey across borders. All of this comes together in İzmir itself: a port city shaped by layers of culture, exchange, and openness, where Europe has long met the world. The theme of the Agora is not only discussed but it is experienced, questioned, and lived throughout the week.
🪩 Spring Agora İzmir 2026 is also about the social side of AEGEE. Expect good parties, easy conversations, and time to slow down after full days. Evenings are for being together, laughing, and enjoying İzmir in the most natural way, with people who make an Agora feel like an Agora.
