🕶️ The NWMatrix 2026 · [Waking Up the Network]
The NWMatrix 2026 is a joint AEGEE Network Meeting organised by AEGEE Bilbao and AEGEE Valladolid, taking place from 1 to 4 October 2026 🇪🇺. The event brings together AEGEE members from across Europe for a weekend focused on exchange, cooperation, and turning ideas into action 🤝.
Under the Matrix-inspired narrative, participants will not just attend sessions: they will become part of a story where different factions, hidden information, and key decisions shape the experience 🎬. The theme is designed to make the programme engaging, interactive, and meaningful, while keeping the focus on real AEGEE work.
Throughout the weekend, participants will explore topics such as:
- best practices and local development
- recruitment and member re-motivation
- communication and PR
- fundraising and sustainability
- inclusion and cooperation across locals
The programme is built around peer-to-peer learning 💡, giving participants the chance to exchange tools, challenge assumptions, and bring useful ideas back to their own locals.
Beyond the content sessions, NWMatrix 2026 will also be a great opportunity to reconnect with the AEGEE network 🌍, meet members from different locals, and enjoy social activities, networking moments, and a European Night 🇪🇺.
