If you are interested in these topics and would like to work on them, then you are in luck! In July the Strategic Planning Meeting (SPM) will take place and we want to you remind you that we issued an Open Call for members of the Strategy Committee.
Depending on your interests, you can be involved in the following tasks:
- Evaluating the current format and structure of the Strategic Plan and potentially working on draft proposals to change it;
- Preparing of drafting sessions for the event and/or facilitation during the event;
- Supporting the drafting, the implementation and the measurement of the Action Agenda and the Strategic Plan;
- Measuring the fulfilment of the Strategic Plan and the Action Agenda
