Dear AEGEEan,
As you might be aware, during the first months of term, the new Comité Directeur works on their Activity Plan for the next year!
This year, we decided to take a different approach on how to develop it. With this in mind, we would like to invite you all for the first Network Consultation on the Activity Plan, expectations and CDs involvement over the next months!
How will the discussion take place?
It will be a semi-structured format, based on the current Organisational Improvements (you can find the Strategic Plan at https://drive.google.com/file/d/17uspGKtGdrA60B0WbebVYhoNTyBZvWY0/view?usp=sharing ) and our focus as CD for the next year.
What do we expect from you?
Nothing more than being present, telling us how you envision the next year from your perspective on the local level, and what you want us to keep in mind throughout the year!
But, why do we do this?
With the current situation being uncertain, this year we want to focus more on things relevant towards the development and strengthening of our organisation, being either opportunities or direct support for the Network. And we need YOU in order to do that!
