Mindfulness Workshop

Sometimes during quarantine, it is challenging to manage your emotions and feelings, be friends with your inner self. You carry yourself whenever you go and you need to cope with it. We, AEGEE-Mannheim, totally understand it - we are going through the same motions.

It is challenging, but there are ways which could help you to reduce anxiety and be more content. We want to share some piece of advice about that. Of course, it does sound “easier said than done”, but we will try!
