Feedback, we all want it and give it, but do we really know what is the best way of doing it? How often have you received feedback you didn't ask for? Or feedback that felt more like criticism and with no intention behind it of helping you grow and improve? In this session you'll come to understand why there is no such thing as 'negative' feedback and learn how you can give feedback that helps people forward, using the principles of Non Violent Communication as a basis.
