AEGEE- Brno made for you 4 weeks long Mental Health Challenge. Each week they prepared for you a series of task we dare you to keep. These task can help you to boost your mood and energy and keep your mind healthy.

3rd week of our challenge is here. This time we dare you to keep a healthy lifestyle for a week. Keep those 4 following challenges:

SLEEP: Try to sleep at least 7 hours a day with no screen time 30 mins before bed
HEALTHY DIET: Cook at least one healthy food a day
WATER: Drink at least 2 liters of water per day
ALCOHOL FREE: Don't drink alcohol for a week
