AEGEE- Brno made for you 4 weeks long Mental Health Challenge. Each week they prepared for you a series of task we dare you to keep. These task can help you to boost your mood and energy and keep your mind healthy.

This week's challenge is easy: Just move it! We dare you to do ONE sport activity every day. It is proven that exercise has a positive impact on our mental health. It can boost your mood and even decrease depression .

During the week do at least one activity from the following categories:
CARDIO: Running/biking/swimming
STRENGTH: Body Weight Workout/Gym
FLEXIBILITY: Yoga/stretching
OUTDOOR: Go for a walk/run... in the nature
