😪 Are you tired of sitting in front of the computer all day long listening to boring classes? Do you feel that you need to move your body somehow? Do you miss just letting go and feel free with a group of people? 🕺🏻
We got something for you! AEGEE-Göteborg is welcoming you to an amazing online Zumba session with two Zumba professionals: Jenny from Germany and Michelle from Bolivia! 🎶
But the best is yet to come! Not only will we move the skeleton and work on our own mental health. We will also support others with theirs! With our online Zumba fundraiser, we'd like to support a Swedish Mental health organization called Tjejzonen.
🤷🏻♀️WHO is Tjejzonen?
Tjejzonen is Sweden's largest support organization for girls. They fight for girls' right to be listened to and for mental health to increase among all those who define themselves as girls between the ages of 10 and 25. They give girls support on their terms with the help of educated volunteers called Storasystern or Big Sisters. The Big Sister can listen and support them in dealing with feelings of anxiety, stress, depression or loneliness.

🤔 HOW do we support them?
We kindly ask our Zumba participants to donate whatever amount they can and want to support the Big Sister Project. Send your donations to us via paypal at aegee-goteborg@aegee.eu. We will collect the money and transfer 100% of all donations to Tjejzonen. All the donations will be very appreciated!
