AEGEE- Brno made for you 4 weeks long Mental Health Challenge. Each week they prepared for you a series of task we dare you to keep. These task can help you to boost your mood and energy and keep your mind healthy.

Welcome to our 4th and last week of the Mental Health Challenge You almost made it! You rock. In our last week we dare you to train your self-discipline.

ROUTINE: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day
LIMIT: Cut out one bad habit for a whole week
NO POSTPONE: Do 3 things you have been putting off
PLAN: Pick one of the activity from the last 3 weeks of Challenges which you like the most and work it in your week plan
