Are you waiting for the reopening of - well, the entire world - as anxiously as we are?
Maybe this anxiety is pure impatience and yearning. But maybe you are actually nervous to return to rooms full of dancing people, hugging semi-strangers and being fully dressed in work meetings? 🗣
Re-entering society in real life after living in isolation for over a year is a challenging procedure. This is why the Mental Health Working Group of AEGEE-Europe decided to create this event and give you the space for mental preparation.
Let us reflect upon our worries, insecurities and resolutions for the return to real life. How will we deal with the overwhelmingness? How will we manage to remember our limits when we can go out for drinks again? How will we take care of our mental well-being?😇
We want to discuss these questions with you, give you some impulses and develop tools that will keep you grounded in the exciting rollercoaster of overcoming a pandemic. 😷
